The Portage Community Center provides Emergency Assistance programs which are available to residents of the City of Portage. Our goal is to improve their present situation, increase a person’s ability to meet their own and their family’s basic needs, and increase awareness of additional related programs and services available. Our mission is to Make Life Better for the residents in our community.
