The Portage Community Center provides utility and eviction assistance programs which are available to residents of the City of Portage. Our goal is to improve their present situation, increase a person’s ability to meet their own and their family’s basic needs, and increase awareness of additional related programs and services available.  Our mission is to Make Life Better for the residents in our community.

To be eligible for emergency financial assistance from PCC you must first visit the Department of Human Services (DHS) and Salvation Army.

For help with eviction assistance, all clients must first call HRI.
